According to Gardner (2003) states that interpersonal intelligence shows a person's ability to be sensitive to the feelings of others. People who have this intelligence tend to understand and interact with other people so it is easy to socialize with their environment and surroundings. This kind of intelligence is also called social intelligence. People who are strong in interpersonal intelligence are usually very easy to cooperate with others and easy to communicate with others. Most of them are very sensitive to friends, other people's suffering, and easily empathize. Meanwhile, according to Nguyen and Luu (2011) states that Interpersonal intelligence involves sensitivity to the moods, feelings, thoughts, needs, struggles and motivations of others. It is also the ability to understand, empathize, care for and relate to people in an effective way. This requires the ability to influence others. People who have this intelligence can use the innate understanding of others to motivate them for certain actions.
